Privacy Policy

The data controller is Reputable, based in Dubai, UAE (full legal entity and registered address to be confirmed on company registration). For any privacy request, contact info@reputable.ae.

• If you sign in with WhatsApp: the phone number you sign in with. If you sign in with Google: the Google account you choose, which gives us your name and email address.
• Contact details you give us (name, business, email, phone).
• The publicly available Google data of the business you connect: profile details, rating, reviews, map ranking measurements, and directory listings. We read this from Google; we never write to it.
• The review links and case details you share so we can assess your case.
• Order information we pass to Ziina when you pay (the amount, the currency and what it is for). Card details are entered with Ziina and stay with Ziina. They never reach Reputable’s servers.
• Aggregate, cookieless traffic data about how the site is used, with no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
• A record of each sign-in: the account used, the business it is linked to, the device and browser, and the network address it came from. We use this for usage statistics only.

We use your information solely to assess your case, deliver the service, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of providers, each only so we can deliver the service, never for their own marketing:

• Supabase, hosting and database, in the European Union (Frankfurt). This is where your account and case data live.
• Ziina, our UAE payment provider, which processes payments and holds the card details we never see.
• Vercel, which serves this website and provides the cookieless traffic measurement described in our Cookie Policy.

Consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll action it promptly.

You can leave a business from the app at any time, which disconnects it from your account. To have the account itself and the data attached to it deleted, email info@reputable.ae from the address or number you signed in with, and we will action it. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

We keep case data only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations, then delete it. Sign-in records follow a fixed schedule: after 90 days the network address is shortened so it no longer identifies a specific connection, and after 24 months the whole record, account, device and all, is deleted. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
