The data controller is RETA LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Reputable is one of its products, not a separate company. RETA LLC’s trade licence number is 2648993.01 and its registered address is Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. • If you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, your messages and any files you send, such as screenshots.
• Contact details you give us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form (name, business, email, phone).
• The review links or Google Maps links, and the case details, you share so we can assess your case.
• The publicly available Google data of your business that we need to assess a review: its profile details, rating and reviews. We read this from Google; we never change it ourselves.
• If we send you a link to a page showing your business’s reviews, whether that page has been opened.
• A record of each payment and each refund: the amount, the currency, what it was for and the payment method used.
• Aggregate, cookieless traffic data about how the site is used, with no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

We use your information solely to assess the review you send us and tell you honestly whether it can be removed, and what it costs, before you pay anything; to build your case and file it through Google’s official process; to communicate with you; to give you a full refund, by the same payment method, if Google keeps the review up; and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

When we file a case, the details of the review and the reasons it breaks Google’s policies go to Google through its official process, and Google makes the final decision. The person who wrote the review is never notified.

We use a small number of providers, each only so we can deliver the service, never for their own marketing:

• Supabase, hosting and database, in the European Union (Frankfurt). This is where our record of your case lives.
• WhatsApp, which carries our conversation with you and the files you send there. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Resend, which delivers messages sent through our contact form, and our own notification emails, to our inbox.
• Vercel, which serves this website and provides the cookieless traffic measurement described in our Cookie Policy.
• The bank or payment provider behind the payment method we agree with you, which processes your payment and any refund.

Consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll action it promptly.

Everything runs over WhatsApp and email. To have the data we hold about you deleted, email info@reputable.ae or message us on WhatsApp from the address or number you contacted us with, and we will action it. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

We keep case data only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations, then delete it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

This website sets no cookies of its own, and no advertising or analytics cookies: our traffic measurement does not use cookies at all. See our Cookie Policy for details.
