Terms of Service

“Reputable” (“we”, “us”) is a reputation-management service based in Dubai, UAE. Company registration and trade-licence details will be added here once issued. You can reach us at info@reputable.ae.

Our service has two parts: the plan you are on, and the removal cases we file for you.

(a) Plans. A plan fee covers the monitoring software, the checks it runs on your Google profile, and the removal cases included in that plan. Each payment buys one month. There is no automatic renewal, so nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another month. Unused removals do not carry over to the next month.

(b) Removal cases. Filing a review for removal spends one removal credit, whether that credit came from your plan or was bought on its own. We assess the review, build the case against Google’s own published policies, and submit it through Google’s official channels. Only reviews published in the last 30 days can be filed for removal. If Google does not remove the review, the credit comes straight back to your account and can be spent on another review.

We do not author, alter, suppress, or remove genuine customer feedback, and we do not access Google’s systems.

The decision to remove any review rests solely and entirely with Google. We build the case and file it, Google makes the final call. We cannot and do not guarantee that any particular review will be removed or how long it will take. What we do commit to is the credit: if Google does not remove the review, the credit comes straight back to your account and can be spent on another review, as set out in our Refund Policy.

• You confirm the information you give us is accurate and provided in good faith.
• You confirm you are the business owner or an authorised representative.
• You agree not to ask us to remove reviews that are genuine or lawful.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide.

Fees are quoted in UAE dirhams and payable upfront through Ziina, our UAE payment provider. Your card details go to Ziina and never reach Reputable’s servers. A plan payment buys one month and does not renew by itself; the free credit you get on verifying runs out a month later; a removal credit bought on its own does not expire. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the case in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
