Refund Policy

The service is provided by RETA LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Reputable is one of its products, not a separate company, so every payment is made to, and every invoice and refund comes from, RETA LLC. RETA LLC’s trade licence number is 2648993.01 and its registered address is Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You send us the review, or your Google Maps link, on WhatsApp or by email. We check it against Google’s own review policies and tell you honestly whether it qualifies and what it costs, before you pay anything. You only pay for the reviews we agree qualify. So until you pay there is nothing to refund, and this policy starts at the moment you do.

A removal is priced by the age of the review. A review up to 4 weeks old, still tagged “New” on Google, is AED 249 a removal. An older review, up to 5 years old, is AED 589 a removal. We do not take reviews older than 5 years. Bulk removals are discounted, and we quote the discount on WhatsApp when you ask. The fee is paid before the work starts, by the payment method we agree with you. It pays for building the case and filing it, not for a guaranteed outcome, which only Google can decide.

We build the case and file it through Google’s official process, and Google makes the final decision. If Google keeps the review up, we refund the full fee you paid for that review, by the same payment method you paid with, within 14 days of Google’s decision. It works exactly the same way whatever the age of the review and whether you paid the standard price or a bulk price.

A review Google removes is not refunded, because the work it paid for is done. If it is later posted again by a different account, that is a new review, so we check it and quote it like any other.
