Refund and Credit Policy
The simplest version: a removal that Google turns down gives you your credit back, not your money.

Your first removal is free
Opening an account costs nothing and needs no card. Once you verify that the business is yours, we add one free removal credit to your account. That credit is a one-off: it is granted once, it is never renewed, and it runs out one month after you verify if you have not spent it by then. Nothing has been paid at this stage, so there is no money to refund, but the credit itself behaves like any other: if Google keeps the review up, it comes back and you can spend it on a different one.
Every removal spends one credit
Filing a review for removal spends one removal credit, whether that credit came with your plan or was bought on its own at AED 249. Only reviews published in the last 30 days can be filed for removal. The credit pays for the assessment, the case-building and the filing work, not for a guaranteed outcome, which only Google can decide.
If Google says no, the credit comes back
If Google does not remove the review, the credit comes straight back to your account and can be spent on another review. This happens automatically, with nothing to claim and no form to fill in. It works exactly the same way for the free credit you get on verifying your business, for a single AED 249 credit bought on its own, and for a removal included in your plan.
There is no cash refund
We return credits, not money. There is no cash refund for a change of mind. A plan payment buys one month of service and cannot be cancelled part-way through that month. Unused removals do not carry over to the next month, and the free credit you get on verifying runs out a month after it lands. A credit you bought separately is the one that keeps no clock: it does not expire and stays in your account until you use it.
What counts as a new case
A review that is removed and later reposted by a different account is a new case, so it spends a new credit. Everything else that Google turns down returns its credit automatically, whatever the reason.
Questions about a case
Your credit balance is shown in the app and updates as soon as Google returns a decision. If a balance looks wrong, reply to your case thread or email us and we’ll check it within a few business days.
