Refund Policy

The simplest version: if we don't get it removed, you don't stay out of pocket.

How payment works

Once we take on your case, you pay the agreed fee upfront in UAE dirhams and we begin work. The fee covers the assessment, case-building and reporting work our specialists carry out, not a guaranteed outcome, which only Google can decide.

If the review isn't removed

If a review you engaged us for is not removed within the agreed assessment window, you may choose either a full refund of the fee for that review, or a credit of the same amount toward another case. The choice is yours.

Our dispute window outlasts the work

Some services close their refund window before removals realistically complete. We don’t. Your window to claim a refund or credit extends beyond the typical removal timeline for your case type, which we’ll confirm in writing before you pay.

What isn't covered

  • Cases where you asked us to proceed against our advice that it wouldn’t qualify.
  • A review that is removed and later reposted by a different account (treated as a new case).
  • Situations where inaccurate information you provided caused the case to fail.

How to claim

Just reply to your case thread or email us. We aim to process refunds within a few business days, back to your original payment method.
