If a case isn't one we can win, we tell you up front. The final decision always rests with Google.
Our specialists can't influence Google's decisions. However, we can say which reviews are eligible for removal beforehand. In cases where we confirm eligibility, we have a 97% success rate (provided the review was posted within the last 30 days). Of course, if we don't succeed, you will receive a full refund or credit towards another case.
