Terms of Service

Reputable is a Google review removal service and a product of RETA LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Reputable is the name of the product, not a separate company: RETA LLC provides the service, takes every payment and issues every invoice. RETA LLC’s trade licence number is 2648993.01 and its registered address is Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We check the Google reviews you believe break Google’s policies and file removal cases for the ones that do. The whole service runs on WhatsApp and by email.

(a) Assessment. You send us the review link, or the Google Maps link of your business, on WhatsApp or by email. We check the review against Google’s own published policies and give you an honest yes or no, and the price, before you pay anything.

(b) Removal cases. Once you have paid, we build the case against Google’s policies and file it through Google’s official process. Reviews up to 5 years old can be filed for removal; older reviews are not taken. If Google keeps the review up, you get a full refund of the fee you paid for that review, as set out in section 5 and our Refund Policy.

We do not author, alter, suppress, or remove genuine customer feedback, and we do not access Google’s systems.

The decision to remove any review rests solely and entirely with Google. We build the case and file it, Google makes the final call. We cannot and do not guarantee that any particular review will be removed or how long it will take. What we do commit to is the refund: if Google keeps the review up, you get a full refund of the fee you paid for that review, by the same payment method, as set out in our Refund Policy.

• You confirm the information you give us is accurate and provided in good faith.
• You confirm you are the business owner or an authorised representative.
• You agree not to ask us to remove reviews that are genuine or lawful.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide.

Fees are quoted in UAE dirhams. A removal is priced by the age of the review:

• AED 249 a removal for a review up to 4 weeks old, still tagged “New” on Google.
• AED 589 a removal for an older review, up to 5 years old.

Reviews older than 5 years are not taken. Bulk removals are discounted, and for several reviews we quote the price on WhatsApp. Whatever the price, we confirm it before you pay. Payment is made upfront, before the work starts, by the payment method we agree with you.

If Google keeps a review up, you get a full refund of the fee you paid for that review, by the same payment method, within 14 days of Google’s decision. Pricing is described on our Pricing page, and how refunds work is described in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the case in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable courts of the United Arab Emirates.
