“Reputable” (“we”, “us”) is a reputation-management service based in Dubai, UAE. Company registration and trade-licence details will be added here once issued. You can reach us at hello@reputable.ae.

We identify Google reviews that appear to violate Google’s content policies, prepare and submit reports through Google’s official channels, and manage the dispute process on your behalf. We do not author, alter, suppress, or remove genuine customer feedback, and we do not access Google’s systems.

The decision to remove any review rests solely and entirely with Google. We cannot and do not guarantee that any particular review will be removed or how long it will take. What we guarantee is our fee: if a review you engaged us for is not removed, you are entitled to a full refund or credit as set out in our Refund Policy.

• You confirm the information you give us is accurate and provided in good faith.
• You confirm you are the business owner or an authorised representative.
• You agree not to ask us to remove reviews that are genuine or lawful.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide.

Fees are quoted in UAE dirhams and payable upfront. Pricing and the money-back terms are described on our Pricing page and in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the case in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
