What we do, and don't
We pursue removal only of reviews that appear to violate Google’s published content policies. We do not write fake reviews, manipulate ratings, use bot or fake-account reporting, offer incentives or bribes, or attempt to remove genuine, lawful customer feedback. We never access Google’s internal systems.
No guarantee of outcome
The decision to remove any review is made solely by Google. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a specific review will be removed. Any figures shown describing past results are illustrative until independently verified.
Acceptable use
Our service is for legitimate businesses seeking to address reviews that breach Google’s policies or applicable UAE law. We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any case we believe is dishonest, unlawful, or intended to silence genuine criticism.
