Fake review removal for restaurants & cafés
Diners in the UAE check Google before they book a table — and a 4.2 gets scrolled past where a 4.6 gets chosen. When the reviews dragging you down aren't from real guests, they can usually be removed. That's what we do.
The patterns we remove for restaurants
Nearly every restaurant case we've handled fits one of these:
- Competitor one-stars — new accounts rating you 1★ and a rival 5★ the same week
- Revenge bursts after one incident — one unhappy table becomes six reviews overnight from accounts that never dined
- Delivery mix-ups — a rider's mistake or an aggregator's late order reviewed against your dining room
- "Free meal or the review stays" — extortion, which Google removes and UAE law takes seriously
- Staff harassment — reviews naming and attacking a waiter or hostess personally
Why ratings matter more for restaurants here
Dubai and Abu Dhabi diners are the most review-driven customers we see: tourists have no other signal, and residents choose between hundreds of options in one district. A handful of fake one-stars doesn't just dent the average — it pushes you down the map results where nobody scrolls.
How it works
Send us the review links on WhatsApp. We tell you within 24–48 hours which ones are winnable — honestly, including the ones that aren't. You pay per removed review, in AED, and if a review we take on stays up, you get a full refund or credit.
The process runs entirely through Google's official channels. No fake accounts, no burying tactics, nothing that puts your profile at risk — the reviewer is never notified.
What we don't do
We don't remove genuine criticism — a real guest's bad night is feedback, not a violation. We also won't post fake positive reviews, ever. Clean profiles win long-term; that's the whole point.
Frequently asked questions
Usually yes — reviews about a different location or business are off-topic under Google's policy. The wrong-branch pattern is common for restaurant groups and franchises.
Yes. We assess and report reviews in any language — policy violations read the same to Google's moderators regardless of language.
How many of your one-stars are even real?
Send us your Google profile link. We'll flag which negative reviews look removable — free, and with an honest number.
